Deposit of £220 is non-refundable to cover our costs.

Your final balance payment must be paid no later than 6 weeks before holiday commencement date.

Holiday insurance

It is the responsibility of the participants to take out their own holiday insurance including adequate cover for any activities included in your tour booking.

Cancelation policy

Booking can be cancelled 28 days before your travel minus your deposit of £220 which is non refundable

Force Majeure

We cannot accept liability or pay compensation when our contractual obligations are prevented or affected by you or if you suffer any damage or loss as a result of force majeure. Force majeure means tour or event which we or a supplier of a service could not even with all due care or foresee or avoid. Such conditions may include adverse weather conditions, Industrial dispute, fire .Nuclear disaster, War or all other events outside our control.

Liability

Contractual terms and conditions .we exclude all liability for any loss, Personal injury of death while on our tours. The facilities are neither run nor owned by us. Therefore cannot provide assurances that they are well maintained or operated with customer's safety in mind. Some of the activities may also be considered hazardous pursuits by insurance companies so it's your responsibility to have adequate insurance.

Complaints

All complaints should be taken to your tour representative on the day in Kiev. No complaints will be accepted when you return back to your home country it will be then deemed that you or any of your party was satisfied with all parts of the booking.

Bad behaviour

When you book with Kiev tours, you except responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment off damage or loss must be paid direct at the time to the owner or manager of the apartment. You are expected to respect individuals and cultures. If in our opinion you or a member of your party acts in a way that distresses or upsets any other third party we have the right without your prior notice to terminate your booking. You will be asked to leave the apartment and we have no other responsibility towards you or such persons including any return flights
